What You'll Do: As a P/C Analyst, you will prioritize, coordinate and drive the competitive analytics process for property/casualty insurance. You will help drive our company's success by developing, recommending, and implementing new and revised processes that provide competitive information that meets the needs of the property/casualty organization. We're looking for someone that enjoys researching rating algorithms and coverages and then is able to take that information and communicate findings. You bring the analytical mindset and property/casualty background - we'll teach you the rest!

What It Takes to Join Our Team:

  • College degree (Math) or equivalent plus 1+ years of relevant experience is required.
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Advanced knowledge and experience with Excel.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and written and verbal communication skills to work effectively with internal and external customers and partners.
  • Must be a self-starter who is detail orientated and able to prioritize and plan for the completion of multiple tasks.
  • Possess knowledge of property/casualty insurance practices, operations and industry trends.
  • Experience with P/C rates and/or competitive analysis preferred.
  • Experience with a programming language.
  • CPCU designation or equivalent is preferred. Continued progress towards industry education and maintenance of designations is expected.
