What You'll Do: We are seeking an energetic individual to be a part of a high performing, collaborative team where every day is different. As an Associate Application Developer in our organization, you will work alongside others who take what they do seriously, prove it every day, and deliver on business needs. As an Associate Application Developer, you will be responsible for developing new system applications, including coding, testing, and completion of required system documentation. You will also perform maintenance to existing applications and keep up-to-date on hardware, development techniques and development languages being used by the company for development purposes.

This team supports our Property Casualty data. In this role your main responsibility would be to provide support for our Data Migration Solutions using Informatica technology. This role would include development of new solutions, provide production support, including break/fix support and identifying causes of system issues. You will assist with the day to day operations and participate in regular meetings as requested to keep both business units and IT staff informed of productivity objectives, goals and concerns.

What It Takes to Join Our Team:

  • College degree or equivalent.
  • A self-starter who wants to connect with the business, understands business requirements, and can document and program.
  • Experience with ETL preferred.
  • Be analytical, and demonstrate your skills to communicate, connect, and collaborate.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, be results oriented and adjust to changing priorities and needs while maintaining a calm, professional demeanor.
  • Be excited about learning new programming languages and open to helping us move forward.
  • Experience with Agile a plus as well as Property Casualty Insurance knowledge.
